🧾Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2025

At Limited Layers, every piece is made with intention — often in collaboration with artists, in limited numbers, and produced on demand. Because of this, our return and refund policy follows the logic of care, precision, and fairness.

1.   Return Conditions  

We do not accept returns on limited-edition or made-to-order items, unless:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • A production error has occurred, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Returns for non-limited, non-custom products may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging)

2.   Wrong Size?  

Most of our drops are limited and made to order — exchanges are usually not possible.
But if you ordered a non-limited item, or made a clear mistake, contact us at support@limitedlayers.com.
If sizing stock is available, we’ll try to help.

3.   Damaged or Incorrect Product?  

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will offer a replacement or refund, free of charge.

4.   Refunds  

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5 business days

  • Funds will be returned via your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are only refunded if the issue was our fault

5.   How to Return an Item  

If you’re eligible for a return:

  • Email support@limitedlayers.com with your request

  • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions

  • Pack the item carefully and ship it back

  • Keep your tracking number as proof

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
